25G LR SFP28 10km

The SFP28 transceiver provides 25GBase-LR throughput up to 10km over single mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm via an LC duplex connector. It provides 25GBASE Ethernet connectivity option for 25G Ethernet, telecom and data center, suitable for both outdoor and indoor deployments. It is fully compliant with the SFP28 MSA, CPRI and eCPRI standard.

The SFP28 ZR optical transceiver supports high speed serial links over single-mode optical fiber at signal rates up to 25.78Gb/s. The transmitter side of the module incorporates one 1300nm EML and CDR integrated with EML driver, and the receiver side integrated with SOA and PIN-TIA followed by Rx CDR.

The 100G QSFP28 FR transceiver is a single lambda short reach single-mode 100G QSFP28 optical module transceiver compatible with the 100GBase-FR specifications. It uses a single 1310nm EML laser at 1310nm with a PIN receiver. There are 4x 25G NRZ electrical channels in the interface for a total speed of 100G available on the QSFP28 interface.
